Product Description

Product Name: White Bread & Roll Mix

Product Description: A light, soft textured bread premix, suitable for making bread rolls and tin loaves. Yeast is included in the mix.

Appearance: A soft, dry, pale beige crumb. After baking, the product becomes a soft white bread with a light texture.

Flavour: Yeast and flour flavour.

Texture: Powder

Performance: Produces golden brown, light, crusty loaves and rolls.

Storage and Shelf Life

Unopened: 9 months from date of manufacture, store in a cool, dry place.

Opened: 1 month from the date of opening, reseal tightly and store in clean, dry conditions (below 20°C).

Usage Instructions

Yield - For Rolls (57g): 1kg of mix produces 29 rolls.

For Loaf (454g): 1kg of mix produces 3 loaves.

Whole Bag (3.5kg): Yields 102 rolls or 13 loaves.

Mixing: Add warm water (30°C/86°F), mix on slow speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 6 minutes. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Shape as desired, cover, and prove for 35-40 minutes.

Baking Instructions: Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 10-15 minutes (loaves: 25-30 minutes). For fan-assisted ovens, bake at 200°C (400°F).

Secondary Packaging: 4 bags per box, each box weighs 2.3kg
