Goujons in corn breading combine juicy chicken fillet with an extra crispy coating. Their convenient shape and fast cooking time make them perfect for any meal. The crunchy corn breading adds a distinct texture and makes the taste of the dish even richer.
Chicken-broiler fillet treated with brine, surface covered with breading, brought to culinary readiness, frozen. It is allowed to change the shape of the products depending on the shape of the equipment and the presence of imprints of the shapes on the surface of the products depending on the equipment used. Chips of breading are allowed on the surface in the amount of no more than 5% of the weight of the product. Slight lag in breading (decoration) and deformation of products is allowed. Acceptable deviation of ±5 g from the target range in the amount of 5%.

Breading: Wheat flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, modified corn starch, wheat gluten, salt, raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium carbonate), yeast extracts, spices (chili pepper, black pepper, onion, garlic), acidity regulator (citric acid), paprika extract, chili pepper extract, dextrose, natural paprika flavoring.
Additional Ingredients: Refined sunflower oil, capsicum, celery, fennel, stabilizer (sodium pyrophosphate), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate).
May contain traces of: Mustard, milk, eggs, soy products.
Colour & Odour: Typical for breaded chicken products, with spices and seasoning, no foreign odour.
Texture: Tender, juicy.
Surface: Typical for ready-to-eat chicken fillet in breading, without cracks or broken edges.
