Oven Preheat oven, arrange your McCain Spicy Wedges in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven. Bake until crisp and golden using the cooking guidelines shown. Turning over occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Deep Fry Place your McCain Spicy Wedges in the hot oil. Fry until crisp and golden using the cooking guidelines shown. Drain and serve. Deep Fry 175°C/350°F 3 - 3½ minutes
