Grill · Preheat the grill for 5 minutes on a medium high heat · Remove the rack from the grill pan and spread your McCain Hash Browns evenly in a single layer over the base · Grill for 15 - 20 minutes until crisp and golden · Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Deep Fry · Place your McCain Hash Browns in hot oil at 175°C/350°F · Fry for 3 - 4 minutes until crisp and golden · Drain and serve Shallow Fry · Place your McCain Hash Browns in ¼"" of medium hot oil · Fry for 5 - 6 minutes until crisp and golden · Turn frequently to ensure even cooking · Drain and serve.
