Product Description: Kerrymaid Ready to Serve Custard is a homogenous blend of ingredients, which have been ultra-heat treated and aseptically filled into 1 Litre packs.
User Instructions: Serve cold, straight from the pack or heat gently in a saucepan. stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil.
Bain Marie Stable and freeze-thaw stable.
Microwave: Pour contents into a microwavable container and heat on full power for approximately 5 minutes (800W) or 2 1/2 minutes (1700W), stirring half way through cooking time and before serving. When using ovens of different power, heating times must be increased or decreased accordingly. Do not allow to boil.
