This fruity Viennese pastry has naturally sweet raisins in the centre which have been submerged in creamy custard. After baking this pastry has a crispy textured outside which is complimented by a soft creamy centre.

Instructions for Baking
Tray Arrangement (600 x 400) 9 items on a tray
Defrosting approximately 30-45 min at room temperature
Preheating oven 175-180°C
Baking (in ventilated oven) approximately 19-20 min at 170-175°C
