For the best results cook from frozen. THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS RAW CALAMARI RINGS AND MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure Calamari Rings are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
TO DEEP FRY Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen squid for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
OVEN Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6). Place frozen squid on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Allow to cool for one minute before serving.
